Useful advice should show its work.
KukuKoo starts with deterministic device and trip facts, adds an editorial recommendation, and exposes uncertainty instead of hiding it behind a single “best” label.
Collect only decision inputs
The current checker uses purchase region, phone family, trip length, group size and functional needs. It does not ask for a passport number, legal name or account.
Apply explicit rules
Compatibility uncertainty, the need for a local number, hotspot requirements and group context each add visible reasons to the result. The recommendation engine is tested independently from the interface.
Attach provenance
Externally sourced facts record publisher, URL, retrieval time, effective date when known, review date and review status. High-risk claims are not silently auto-published.
Separate usefulness from commission
Future affiliate links will be labeled. Cheapest, easiest and most reliable remain different dimensions; commission cannot secretly determine one opaque ranking.
